Good evening Sunshine! I hope you had a nice day. We went shopping for a new bedroom set for my sons. It will be in next Tuesday. Their room will look sharp. Smile. We are not getting the dream house on purpose. After much thought.... despite my hubby's job being stable, we just think it is too much money to spend in a recession. We will buy our rental home and add on to it - giving hubby a big shop and making the house to over 3000 sq. foot (currently it is 2200 sq. foot) - and turning it from 4 bedroom/2 bath to 5 bedroom/3 bath. The house is 7 years old so it is pretty, modern and it is close to everything in a good neighborhood. :) So, don't be sad for me - this was our decision and it is a good thing, for the best. The house is not quite as magnificent as the other one, but it is quite nice and better than average. It was a beautiful day here. No complaints on our weather. Thanks for voting.

Think Viv...that is the smart decision! really...better be safe than sorry!
you home sounds beautiful..and the other is lovely but as we feel money in the bank
is the best bet as this economy is not the time to loose any money at all!
Glad you made the right choice ..and followed your gut! My Mom always said follow
your heart...it's never wrong...and you will have the peace of mind knowing
you're not depending on how things may change in the economy.
If we moved to AZ we would make money...but then again we are already vested
here ...so we still are waiting on that decision. Chicago always has employment
etc. so one day when we have more $$ than we need for college for the kids, etc.
we will move..it's expensive to live here ...we are in the top 10 most expensive
cities in the U.S. but we are settled..that is our peace of mind for now!
and our joy!

uprooted...your friends will be nearby..all those good thing that will make this holiday season

well..it is absolutely stately! love houses with a good front yard...beautiful & stately! there is just something about the build and the trees..the lawn ...just the whole atmosphere of this house..oh..i so hope you get that house..what a wonderful place to enjoy with family yearround! it reminds me of the suburban homes here in IL..large yards ..nice portches..which the brand new houses are now doing ..just a perfect house! i will be coming to visit!
my day is good..just finished with dinner here!

although i would like to see the war end asap..we did visit my uncles, dad, to lay wreaths..they
were buried in family plots..not military ones.

Happy Monday Sunshine! I hope you have a wonderful upcoming day! That is awesome you plan to start Christmas decorations and prep the day after Thanksgiving. That's what we always did when I was growing up, too. Life is uncertain at the moment. We are working on trying to buy a home. But, exact dates remain uncertain so it is hard to plan or feel excited (YET) about the holidays. Once I know more I'm sure the holiday spirit will reach me. Smile.
